- Office Maintenance & Operations:
- Manage and oversee daily office operations, including supplies management, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and fully functional.
- Meeting Coordination:
- Schedule and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and materials.
- Record and distribute meeting minutes promptly.
- Travel Arrangement:
- Organize and manage travel arrangements for team members, including flight bookings, accommodation, and transportation.
- Team Engagement Activities:
- Plan and host engaging team happy hours, ensuring fun and inclusive events that foster team bonding.
- Plan and execute team-building activities to enhance collaboration and morale.
- Content Management:
- Update website and LinkedIn content to accurately showcase company services and initiatives.
Technical Skills required:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and meeting tools.
- Familiarity with content management tools (e.g., WordPress) and LinkedIn updates.
- Experience in managing schedules, logistics, and event planning.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
